HG Bootcamp

At The Hidden Gym’s boot Camp, our fitness bootcamps are not in the traditional sense, but results-driven, sessions focused on weight loss and body toning. Our signature workouts combine High Intensity Training that produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time that keep your metabolism running at a higher rate. Every HG Boot Camp session is led by a certified coach to ensure that you get the best workout, most fat burn while keeping you safe and injury free!

Pilates

At The Hidden Gym, we believe that Pilates is for every type of body. One of our passions is to help people feel great. The HG Pilates Classes is the perfect way to experience a full-body session with one of our talented instructors – each of whom have completed countless hours of Comprehensive Pilates training. This session is a great intro to our equipment, the studio, the workout, and our amazing staff.

Our InBody device is use as a method called Bio-electrical
Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure body composition, which divides your weight into different components such as lean body mass, Total Body Water analysis and fat mass to assess health and nutrition.
